amazing view easy shopping
the room has amazing view of the harbor. nearby shopping and restaurants make it very easy.
the gym was not really a gym and was very outdated.

The room included two queen beds. It also featured a television with many channels. I found a coffee maker with complimentary coffee in the room.
The ice machine on my floor was out of service.

helpful staff mountain view excellent food fantastic location
i found the staff to be very helpful, they assisted with directions and local recommendations. my room provided a nice view of the mountains, i could see the city skyline clearly. the hotel's restaurant offered excellent food options, i enjoyed several meals there. the location was fantastic, it was easy to walk to nearby attractions and shops.
the gym equipment is somewhat outdated, the selection is limited

harbourfront Hotel, a solid stay
convenient location baggage storage excellent housekeeping
the location proved very convenient. i appreciated baggage storage on the day of checkout. this allowed continued exploration without encumbrances. housekeeping provided excellent service.
the minibar lacked contents upon arrival. i only found a single bottle of water. workmen woke me early the next morning by working in the room above.

the hotel offers great convenience for exploring. it sits near the harbourfront. walking to attractions and the cruise ship terminal is very easy. the position allows quick access to waterfront activities.

acceptable, but could be better
old carpet no stationery
the location was good for exploring the area. it was close to many attractions.
the room was not up to par with what i expected. the carpet had rolls in it and looked quite old. i also could not find a pen or paper to leave a note for housekeeping..

efficient staff attentive service helpful bartender large room
The front desk staff was efficient. The restaurant staff was attentive during breakfast service. I liked the bartender in the evening. They were helpful. The room was large.
The hotel could use a quick makeover, as it looked a bit tired in places.
